Just a pointer. You can filter the star map to show metaliminal storms (Its under the Geography and Statistics tab) and any of the Storms in High Sec will be the Winter Nexus storm that will have all the sites you need :)

I dont get the idea around optimal range on blaster's. I thought they have really low optimal and buffing it is kinda no sense to me. Could you explain where is the catch?

@@lorumerthgaming yea, i got it. I wrote about the optimal range buffing, instead of fall off and why is that, when i have to be in very close range to hit in optimal with basters. Most of the time i am using fall off, imo.
